This notice is to post the questions/answers:
Question: 1. How many exhibitors/sponsors were at the previous event and what were the fees?
Answer: 4 exhibitors in 2009. The fee was $1999.00 for Large Businesses, $999.00 for Small Businesses and $695.00 for local small businesses.
Question: 2. How many attendees were at the previous event and what were the fees?
Answer: 150 attendees at $150.00 per person in 2009.
THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. NO QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. The United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Life Cycle Management Command (AFLCMC), Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (CCSD) is looking for a contractor to sponsor our 2019 Air Force Tri-Service Communication Security (COMSEC) Symposium on 23-24 January 2019 in San Antonio, TX, in accordance with the attached SOW. Contractors interested in sponsoring this event should respond to this announcement and provide details on their capability to fulfill the responsibilities specified. There will be no contract awarded as a result of this announcement instead there will be a Memorandum of Agreement signed between both parties.
