2018 Beaverhead Roofs: Work for the Beaverhead Roof Project shall include demolition and disposal of existing shingle roof on two Housing Units. Damaged decking shall be brought to the attention of the COR and additional repairs may be needed. Once sub-roofing is in acceptable shape, contractor shall replace with new metal roofing, brown in color. Install polypropylene underlayment meeting manufacturer's recommendation work shall also include provisions for all penetrations and all other trim as required for a complete roof replacement. Contractor shall replace existing fascia with new metal fascia. Approximate house dimensions are 1,060 SF.
