The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite prospective vendors to submit a proposal for field production services for a series of training videos for the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA), to be shot between the months of March 2017 and September 2018. The shoots will take place in up to eight separate locations within the continental United States and will involve participants of both law enforcement and the trucking industry.
