This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking quotes for the purchase of five (5) Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV) and trade-in of ten (10) ATVB?s. The purchased vehicles shall be delivered to West Valley City, UT and the trade-in vehicles shall be obtained at the same location. The required specifications are listed in the attached document. The solicitation number is L17PS00677 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336999 with a small business size standard of 1000 or fewer employees. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit proposals. The contractor shall complete delivery of the items within 45 days after receipt of the order. The Government intends to make an award to the responsible offer whose quote represents the best value to the Government using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) process. There will be no multiple awardees.
