The German National Tourist Board (GNTB) has its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. It works on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) to represent Germany as a tourist destination and is funded by the Ministry in accordance with a decision taken by the German Bundestag. The GNTB develops and communicates strategies and products to promote Germany's positive image abroad as a tourist destination and to encourage tourists to visit the country. Deutsche Bahn AG is Germany's national rail-carrier and one of the world's largest leading passenger and logistics companies. Deutsche Bahn looks to partners such as Rail Europe in the US market, to provide booking options to travelers. More information can be found online at www.bahn.com.

To promote Destination Germany and Deutsche Bahn via a multi-channel digital marketing campaign to include:

Email distribution
Mobile digital advertising
Video advertising

Campaign goals:
Raise and increase awareness and interest in travel to Germany and in its in-formation and offers published on www.germany.travel
Raise awareness and bookings of Deutsche Bahn tickets via US market partner, Rail Europe
Showcase the positive image of Destination Germany and train travel

Campaign hopes to commence: July 10, 2017
