2014-2015 CHIA WATER SAMPLING & ANALYSIS
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement issued by the Department of the Interiors (DOI) Office of Surface Mining Reclamation & Enforcement (OSMRE) constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested under RFQ No. S14PS00010. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73. ACTIVE registration at SAM.gov is required. This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. NAICS 541380 is applicable. Size Standard is $14.0M. OSMRE is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to collect seasonal water quality and quantity data under low and mean flow conditions. Samples will be collected from 35 stream monitoring stations in the Tennessee Coal Field, analyzed as specified, and results reported to OSMRE within required timeframes.
