Project Description:
Solicitation Documents: The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) requiring both price and technical proposals responding to evaluation criteria described in the solicitation. Documents will only be available electronically to download from this website on or about July 3, 2014
Description: Felling of Trees and cutting brush as a site preparation treatment to remove wildfire killed or damaged trees and brush; windrowing slash and covering piles to concentrate slash in piles for burning in the Butler Fire area on the Klamath National Forest.
Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, supervision, materials and any necessary incidentals to accomplish work on this project.
Location: This project will be located on the Salmon-Scott River Ranger District, Klamath National Forest, Siskiyou County, CA.
Price Range: Set-Aside: This project is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
Response Location: Offers will be accepted at the Northern California Acquisition Service Area, Redding Office, located within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest Headquarters at 3644 Avtech Parkway, Redding, CA 96002 NO LATER than 3:30 p.m. PDT on date indicated on solicitation.
SAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. SAM is a consolidation of the former Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and On-line Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) databases.
