2014 BUILDING DEMOLITION PROJECT
The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, has requirement to demolish seven buildings.
Four buildings are located in Coconino County at Woods Canyon Lake Recreation Area; Two buildings are located in Greenlee County at Hannagan Meadows Admin Site; One building is located in Apache County at Big Lake Recreation Area.
All of this work is covered under the Davis-Bacon Act for which separate wage determinations for each location will be included.
The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract under the Request For Quotation (RFQ) format. The estimated range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
The project is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business size standard is $14.0 Million under NAICS code 238990. The RFQ solicitation package plans and specifications may be obtained online under this solicitation number on or after June 16, 2014.
No organized site visit has planned for this project. Offerors encouraged to visit the sites on their own and ascertain the level of difficulty associated with this project. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Contractors shall be registered in System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov ) in order to remain in the competitive range.
