2012 Citizen Satisfaction Survey

Develop and conduct a statistically valid survey of city's residents to provide information on needs, concerns and satisfaction levels with City services and issues in the community.
The City has been conducting citizen satisfaction surveys every other year since 2002. It is a city with a population of over 53,000. The City expects to conduct the survey in April or May with final results delivered to the City Council by the end of June, 2012.
