2012 Appraisal Services
The City through its Director of the Department of Port Control ("DPC") herein designated ("Director"), is soliciting Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") from firms interested in providing comprehensive professional Appraisal Services. The DPC is inviting qualified firms with demonstrated experience and knowledge of on-call appraisal services, including appraisals to determine the fair market rental value and/or market value of vacant land, improved properties, easements, conservation easements and right-of-ways to submit SOQ's to support the DPC.
