The Erie County Community Development Block Grant Consortium (see Attachment 1) and the Town of Hamburg (including the Villages of Hamburg and Blasdell) are seeking a qualified Consultant to prepare elements of the Consolidated Plan for 2010-2014. The Plan must follow those guidelines established by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
