2010-2011 Ramp IDC Package- Northeast Quadrant
Sealed Bids addressed to the City Clerk, City Hall, 100 Military Plaza 2nd floor San Antonio, Texas, 78205 will be received for the 2010-2011 Ramp IDC Package- Northeast Quadrant project, in accordance with all bid documents, plans and specifications on file with Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc., 10101 Reunion Place San Antonio, Texas, 78216 (210) 499-5082. A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE of $25.00 will be required for each set of plans and specifications, which are available at the address above. Bids require a 5% bid bond. Contracts awarded through this bid process will require Payment and Performance Bonds in 100% of the contract amount. The City requires that not less than the prevailing wage rate for work of a similar character in this locality shall be paid to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics employed in the construction of this project. Bids will be received in the Office of the City Clerk until 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 28, 2010, and then publicly opened and read aloud.
