2010-1388 - Contracts for Retrofits under the EECBG and Roof Tops for Seniors Programs
The City , is soliciting sealed bids from experienced and qualified General Contractors and / or roofing professionals who are interested in entering into a contract to participate in the Department of Energy’s Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) program and the Roof Tops for Seniors program. Work under the two programs shall include the retrofitting of tankless water heaters and energy efficient HVAC systems, the installation of weather stripping and insulation and the installation of new roofs on private homes in the East Point community
