The City of St. Louis/SLATE is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure a
contractor that will provide staffing in Missouri Career Centers within the region. The staff will
deliver referral services to the job seeker as required by this RFP. Bidders should note that
the following are fundamental principles of the Missouri Career Center system.
