Sealed bids for the 2010 South Mercer Playfields Building Remodel and Equipment Upgrades will be received by the City of Mercer Island at the DSG Permit Counter, 9611 SE 36th Street, Mercer Island, Washington 98040 up to 2:00 p.m. local time on June 2, 2010 and will then and there be opened and publicly read. Bids received later than 2:00 p.m., June 2, 2010 will not be considered.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. on May 26, 2010 at the City of Mercer Island Maintenance Building Conference Room (9601 SE 36th Street, Mercer Island, WA 98040) with a site visit immediately following (meet outside the restroom building at the south end of the project site at 8225 SE 72nd Street, Mercer Island, WA 98040).
