2010 Master Plan Update
The Planning Board of the Town of Bedford, New Hampshire (Board) is soliciting
proposals for professional services (Consultant) to assist the Board in updating
its 2000 Master Plan. The updated plan will serve as a guide in considering
policy changes, land use planning, budget preparation and capital improvement
planning for the Town of Bedford future. It is anticipated that work will begin
during the month of November 2008 and that the finished product will be ready
for adoption by the Planning Board at a public hearing during the spring of 2010.
A written outline with a fixed fee amount (contained in a separate sealed
envelope, see Sections VI and XIV) for required planning tasks will be received
by Rick Sawyer, AICP, Planning Director, at 24 North Amherst Road, Bedford,
New Hampshire 03110, no later than 4:00 pm on October 14, 2008. Finalists will
be invited to review their proposals in a meeting with a sub-committee of the
Master Plan Committee.
