200-Bed Dormitory

The Scope of Work for this Project consists of the design and construction of a minimum 200-bed residence hall, which shall include, but not be limited to, relocation of the existing parking, site planning and utilities.
The new at-grade parking lot, located at the existing tennis courts will account for approximately 270 spaces.
The residence hall shall be designed, documented and submitted to the USGBC to achieve LEED Silver Certification and Building Information Modeling (BIM) shall be used as a tool for project delivery from design through construction.
