Southern Oregon University is seeking a refund solution for disbursement of excess financial aid, scholarships, and other refunds which is flexible, efficient, and inexpensive. The purpose of this refund solution is to provide each student timely, convenient access to their funds. The proposed solution should include an optional DDA, which is accepted worldwide at financial institutions and at ATMs to obtain cash, and at merchants to make direct purchases.
