The City of Durham will receive informal bids submitted until 2:00 p.m. on July 14, 2009, for
Contract SR-53, 2009 Utility Easement Maintenance, Mowing/Handcutting, in the Department of Water Management, 1600 Mist Lake Dr., Durham, North Carolina 27704.
The project involves a 3 season contract. The easements are located throughout the City of Durham
service area.

Bidders are encouraged to attend a non-mandatory Pre-bid conference at 2:00 p.m. on June 30, 2009 at the Department.
The City Council of the City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All bids must
include a non-collusion affidavit.
