2009 Special Events Graphic Design Services Request For Proposal
We are seeking proposals from area graphic designers to complete all the graphic
design work for our 2009 special events, according to the description and information
listed in this proposal. After reviewing the information, please submit a proposal that
outlines the design cost for each special event as well as a total annual cost for all
projects listed. Also include comparable work samples from your company based on
the projects listed. The City of York will contract with the winning designer based on
all information contained in the proposal.
Most graphic design projects have at least two weeks of work time prior to the
projects due date, but situations may arise where more urgent turn-around is needed.
As the sole provider of graphic design for the Citys special events, please take this
into account when submitting a proposal.
