2009 STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECT PHASE II
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk until 3:00 p.m. on March 25, 2009, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened. These bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and performing all the work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for:

MILL AND OVERLAY ~ ASPHALT
PROJECT NO. ST0902
The project will include but not limited to the following major categories of work:
Removal of deteriorated asphalt pavement followed by placement of new asphalt pavement.
TIME LIMIT: Arterial and Collector Streets on this project must be completed by August 5, 2009 with a final project completion date of September 15, 2009.
