2009 Pavement Marking Program
Sealed Bids addressed to the City Clerk, City Hall, San Antonio, Texas, 78205 will be received for the FY 2009 Pavement Marking Program, Capital Improvement Project, in accordance with all bid documents, plans and specifications on file with City of San Antonio Traffic Operations, 223 S. Cherry St., San Antonio, Texas, 78203, (210) 207-3966. There will not be a fee for plans and specifications, which are available at the office of the City of San Antonio at the address above. Bids require a 5% bid bond. Contracts awarded through this bid process will require Payment and Performance Bonds in 100% of the contract amount. The City requires that not less than the prevailing wage rate for work of a similar character in this locality shall be paid to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics employed in the construction of this project. Bids will be received in the Office of the City Clerk until 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 4, 2009 and then publicly opened and read aloud. Any envelopes received after the specified times will be returned unopened. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Submission Conference will be held Thursday, January 22, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Traffic Operations Building, Conference Room located at 223 S.
