The National Minority AIDS Council (NMAC) and the
National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of AIDS Research
(OAR) are pleased to send out this Request for Proposals for
the 2009 Equal Access Initiative (EAI) Computer Grants Program.
Qualified minority faith- and community-based organizations
(F/CBOs) located in the United States and its territories delivering
HIV/AIDS services in underserved communities are invited to apply.
