2009 Discounted Tenant Screening Program
Rental property owners in the school district of the City of Shaker Heights have
the need for comprehensive tenant screening services.
The City has successfully offered a discounted tenant screening program to its
landlords since 2005 through various private firms.
There are approximately 1500 two-family and single family homes and 91
apartment buildings in the Citys school district whose owners could potentially
take advantage of this opportunity.
The City seeks proposals from interested parties in order to select a single firm
to be the provider of these services.
The City plans to select a firm to provide these services and enter into a one
year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by the end of February, 2009.
