2009 Annual Report
the Agency requests proposals for the full production (graphic design, photography and printing services) of its 2009 Annual Report. The printed reports should include an attachable, fully-labeled and protected CD containing a full-color Adobe PDF version of the Annual Report as well as an Adobe PDF file of the District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency Financial Statements with Independent Auditors Report Years Ended September 30, 2009 and 2008
