Procurement of Municipal Court Software Solution
The City of East Point, Georgia, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified software vendors who are interested in providing the City with a Municipal Court software solution. The City is currently using HTE Courts Software, version 5. The City is seeking a new municipal court software solution that will easily interface with other existing enterprise resource planning solutions. Any proposed software must not only improve the efficiency of routine court activities, but must also reduce the Citys overall operating costs as well. Specifics regarding the Citys needs and expectations are detailed in the official solicitation documents.
Prospective Service Providers wishing to participate in this solicitation may download a copy of the official RFP documents by visiting the City's web site at http://www.eastpointcity.org. Official RFP documents cannot be obtained in person from the City nor by mail, fax or courier service.
Sealed proposals shall be received on behalf of the City until Close of Business (5:00 P.M.) on Thursday., June 12th, 2008, in the Contracts and Procurement Office, located at 3120 Bayard St, East Point, GA 30344.
This shall be a sealed proposal solicitation. Oral, telephoned, telegraphed, faxed, emailed or otherwise unsealed responses shall be considered invalid and shall not be given award consideration.
Unsolicited mailings, email, literature, brochures, faxes, etc. from software vendors for products not related to this offering or in response to this offering but not presented in the requested proposal format are very strongly discouraged by the City and shall be disposed of without consideration of any type.
