The Contractor(s) shall provide all materials and labor to satisfy the State of Delawares need for 2008 W-2 Laser Imaged Forms and Technical Assistance as described herein. Technical assistance will include timely and accurate responses and/or materials regarding W-2 specifications, test/production steps and outcomes and will include periodic meetings in Dover, DE with staff of the Department of Finance, Division of Accounting.
