The Massachusetts State Board of Retirement seeks a vendor to provide election services during 2007 for the election of a Board member by its membership of approximately 135,000 active and retired individuals. Desired services may include: designing, printing and distributing voting materials; postage; receiving and verifying returned ballots; tabulating and certifying the final vote; and ability to conduct simultaneous paper, online and telephone balloting.
