This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

 

Solicitation number FA6670-19-Q-A006 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Attached is a copy of FA6670-19-Q-A006 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation that provides all applicable Clauses and Provisions.

This requirement is solicited as a 100% small business set-aside (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required product.

 

NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE: The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 333999 (333999 All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing), with the corresponding Size Standard in number of 500 employees.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: To be considered for this award, offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) database at http://wawf.eb.mil prior to award. Lack of registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.

 

This notice does not obligate the Government to award the contract; it does not restrict the Government's ultimate approach; nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any quote/proposal preparation costs.



Quotes must be for all items stated, partial quotes will not be considered. Only firm fixed price offers will be evaluated. Award will be made (all or none) to one vendor.

 

Responses/Offers are due 16:00 PM EST on 8 August 2019. Submit written quotes; oral quotes and faxes will not be accepted. Quotes may be submitted via e-mail. All proposals must be e-mailed to owen.mangan@us.af.mil and mary.pyleplatts@us.af.mil (subject: FA667019QA006). Quotations must meet all instructions put forth in this solicitation.

 

This is a 100% small business set-aside, government's intent is to award a single contract between the Government and the Contractor. The award will be made to the responsive, responsible contractor whose quote is determined to be most advantageous to the Government. For the quote to be considered the Offeror will prepare & submit a quote.  



Installation must be done within base work hours. Base work hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays and base closures due to inclement weather.
