20 double rooms for the 314th MP Company from 10 through 18 June 2016 @ Tustin, CA
This solicitation is for twenty double rooms from 10 through 18 June 2016, with a check out date of 19 June 2016. The guest rooms shall have two queen or full size beds. The requirement is for the procurement of lodging accomodations for the 314th Military Police Company.
LOCATION: The location of the hotel is required to be within a maximum of fifteen miles radius from the supported unit address at 2345 Barranca Pkwy, Tustin, CA 92782.
The solicitation number is W15QKN-16-T-1192. This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. For a proposal submitted by an offeror that is not a hotel, the offeror must describe in its quote the technical approach for the offeror's services as a prime contractor and must also include a copy of all insurance(s) (standard busineSS, liability, extraordinary insurances) in order to submit a complete technical proposal for evaluation purposes. An offer which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel shall be deemed technically unacceptable.
The resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with the performance period stated above. The primary North American Industry Classification System code is 721110, with a size standard of $32,500,000.00. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a Department of Defense contract. If you need to register in SAM, please do so at https://www.sam.gov.
