2 Nitrogen Generation Systems with Integrated Air

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Risk Management Research Laboratory (NRMRL), Land Materials Management Division, (LMMD) is in need of two (2) nitrogen gas generation systems. Operation of the lab requires high purity nitrogen gas supplied to the instruments at flow rates which prevent the use of gas cylinders.

Minimal Technical Specifications for the Nitrogen System:

1. Must include an integrated air compressor to operate with sufficient pressure to supply the required nitrogen flow demand;
2. Supply nitrogen with a purity equal to or greater than 99.99%;
3. Supply nitrogen gas flow at desired purity for a minimum flow rate of 64 L/min Nitrogen;
4. 230V power supply;
5. Warranty/Preventative Maintenance included

Partial orders will not be accepted. Offeror's must include all requested items.

Delivery shall be FOB Destination and made within 90 Days After Award.

This is a full and open competition.

This acquisition will be processed in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.

The solicitation number is 68HE0C18Q0055 and is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). All attachments are available through the FedConnect link included within this FBO posting. Award will be made on a "Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable" basis. Quotations shall be submitted no later than April 4, 2019 3:00 pm (EST) via FedConnect.net. Quotations shall include all necessary documentation for EPA to verify Technical Acceptability of the proposed equipment to meet the specifications identified above.
