This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912J3-19-Q-OR12 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-003. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 with a small business size standard of $32.5 MIL. This requirement is a Total Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes.

Projected driving distance, to the location, SHALL not exceed 20 miles from New Mexico Army National Guard Albuquerque Readiness Center, NM. Google maps will be utilized to calculate distances, the end point used will be 600 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque New Mexico, 87123 and the shortest distance will be used.
