The U.S. Geological Survey Woods Hole Coastal & Marine has a requirement for a portable combination USBL navigation and acoustic modem communications system (The system will be used to track and communicate with a deployed sampling package in water depths of 4000 m or greater. This instrument will provide real-time information about the 3D position of the sampling package which will allow for accurate data collection in complicated seafloor environments while providing information on system health), to be delivered 30 days after award to Turner Falls, MA.
