This is a not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) as verified on the CSI Data Viewer. This is a critical application item with export control requirement. This is not a commercial item. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) requirement. The Delivery Objective is 431 days Submit Test Report, 30 days ARO for Government Review and Notification to Contract, 30 days Contractor Production Lot Test and 532 days delivery of Production Quantity. Terms for First Article Testing are FOB Destination, Inspection Origin and Acceptance Destination. The requested total delivery would be 1023 days. The Solicitation will be Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. TINA is not required based on dollar threshold. Progress Payment is not authorize for this procurement.
