It is a Critical Safety Application (CSI) item and is not it a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This item is sole source to Parker-Hannifin. The Government does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, Parker-Hannifin 59211, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval (SAR) package for evaluation for future procurements to:

The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, no options delivery order against Northrop Grumman's current BOA. The letter solicitation will be issued on 27 July 2017 and will close on 11 August 2017.
