Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. Configuration Control applies. The only approved sources for this item are Meggitt (New Hampshire) Inc (CAGE 58880) and Bell Helicopter Textron Inc (CAGE 97499). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 232 each. The required delivery schedule is 77 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection and acceptance at origin. PPIRS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
