This procurement will result in a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Contract for a quantity of 1,837 each. This is a Critical Application item with Configuration Control and Export Control. This is not a Critical Safety Item per Critical Item Data Viewer. Government First Article Report is due in 270 days with Evaluation First Article 100 days. The need arrival date (NAD) is 09/10/2014; with an estimated award date (EAD) on 10/09/2014. Based on the NAD-EAD the time yields a number less than 30 days, therefore, the acquisition specialist utilized a 25% reduction of the historical PLT (365) as the delivery objective for 275 days for production.
