1550 Main Street Tenant Fit-out for School Adminstrative Offices
The work is the demolition and interior renovation to two floors, 25,000 gsf each, of class A office space in the former federal court building at 1550 Main Street, Springfield. Work required but not limited to new metal stud and drywall partitions, new heating, ventilation and air condition ductwork with associated controls, reconfigured sprinklers, new acoustical ceiling systems, new flooring consisting of rubber tiles, carpeting, new and reused doors, frames and hardware, folding partitions, minor plumbing (convenience sinks and misc. for HVAC) new electrical light fixtures and redistribution of power and new phone, data and cable wiring from the main distribution room to the end user.
