1550 Main Street (Springfield, MA) Phase 2 Renovations Project Invitation for Bids
MassDevelopment invites sealed bids from general building construction contractors and Metal Fabrications; Waterproofing, Damp-proofing & Caulking; Glass & Glazing; Tile; Acoustical Tile; Painting; Plumbing; Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning; and Electrical sub-contractors for the 1550 Main Phase 2 Renovations Project at the building located at 1550 Main Street, Springfield, MA. Work includes all labor, materials and supervision necessary to renovate interior and exterior elements of the Building, including the atrium, lobby, plaza and Building exterior.
The Invitation for Bids (IFB), including Plans/Specifications, is available after 12 PM on February 10, 2010. $100 per IFB set refundable deposit is required and must be in the form of a bank check payable to Massachusetts Development Finance Agency. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled at the Building on February 17, 2010, at 11 AM. Sub bids are due and will be publicly opened at MassDevelopments Boston office on March 3, 2010 at 2 PM. General bids are due and will be publicly opened at MassDevelopments Boston office on March 17, 2010, at 2 PM.
