Description: This is an intended Sole Source announcement. Space and Naval Warefare Systems Center, Atlantic (SPAWAR Atlantic) intends to award this requirement on a firm Fixed Price Sole Source Purchase Order to VADATECH, INC., for the procurement of 12 EACH, - P/N ART-112-000-200-980, ATCA. Description- Rear Transition Module (RTM), Multipurpose, for Sun 3220/3260 Blades, No SATA, Std Disk Option, Std Temp, 146 GB SAS Drive, Copper GbE (VTpart number ART112-000-200-000- Functionally equivalent to NEI part number 350-1000-00). "This item incorporates copy protection teechnology that is protected by U.S. Patents and other intellectual property rights of Rovi Corporation. Reverse engineering and disassembly are prohhibited." This synopsis is posted for informational purporse only, and is not a request for competitive offers. No electronic or hard copy request for quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. This action will be conducted under FARpart 12, and FARpart 13. NAICS 334418. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Invoices must be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). ONLY SMALL BUSINESS QUOTES MAY BE REVIEWED/CONSIDERED.
