14-006 JMB/JAB Furniture Refurbishment
The contractor shall 14-006 Powder coat a total of (26) patio table/chair steel units at the James Madison and John Adams buildings according to original furniture manufacturer's recommendations. Include minor repair of seats to insure they are stable and secure when reinstalled. The furniture shall be returned to "like new" appearance. Industry standard practices of material protection and handling must be utilized at all times.
