146 AW - BASE WIDE CLEANING PROJECT
The purpose of this procurement is to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform custodial services as required by the Government in the solicitation.
This requirement is a 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561720 (Janitorial Services) with a size standard of $16.5 million. The solicitation will be awarded as a single award - performance based firm fixed price type contract. The location the work will be performed will be at Channel Islands Air National Guard Station, 4146 Navalair Road, Port Hueneme, CA per the performance work statement (PWS).
All offerors shall be registered on the System for Award Management at www.SAM.gov by proposal due date. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management; contractors must be registered in www.SAM.gov database before a contract can be awarded to your company. Registration may be accomplished at www.SAM.gov.
The solicitation will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities web-site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available.
