RFTA requires daily janitorial services at three of its bus operations locations: the Rubey Park Transit Center in Aspen, a maintenance facility in Aspen (AMF) and a maintenance facility in Glenwood Springs (GMF). In addition, there are two office locations in Carbondale that will be serviced regularly, two areas of employee housing in Carbondale which will require occasional cleaning on demand, and on-call Hazardous Material cleanup. Special events will lead to increased levels of service at some locations. Deep Cleaning will be performed twice a year at all locations and at varying intervals at Rubey Park, the Aspen Maintenance Facility and the BRT offices in Carbondale. Post-construction cleanup may occasionally be requested at any location.
