Description: One U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining Ro/Ro, Lo/Lo, or combination vessel capable of carrying approx. 50,000 sq.ft. of general cargo (+/- 10%), to include rolling stock, aircraft, TEUs, and 10 ammunition-laden TEUs of various classes - 1.1-1.4S.
