Notice is hereby given that the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority ("RFTA") is soliciting proposals from suppliers for the purchase of all materials, labor and equipment necessary to install a fully automated, computerized, fuels & fluids management system to track fuels and fluids used by its fleet at two locations: Aspen Maintenance Facility and Glenwood Maintenance Facility.
Solicitation documents will be available Wednesday, December 19, 2012. To receive a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) 12-039, please go to https://rfta.sharefile.com/d/s9a72011bf9b46fb9 to download the necessary documents. You must create your own user ID and password to access the ShareFile site and enter a valid email address for further communications.
There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference via Webex on Thursday, January 3, 2013. Attendees must register by submitting a Vendor Registration Form, available at http://www.rfta.com/rfps.html to obtain connection details.
Proposals will be due Monday, February 11, 2013 by 2:00 p.m. (MT). Proposals should be submitted via upload to https://rfta.sharefile.com/r/r18eecf0f15946809 in PDF format. Please use "YOUR COMPANY NAME Response to RFP #12-039" as the title of the uploaded document to clearly indicate the contents. To be considered, proposals must arrive at RFTA on or before the date and time specified. Any proposals received after the time to which reference is made will be returned.
