120 UBM Replacement Parts
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation #W9124V-18-R-5008 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99, Effective 16 July 2018 and DFARS Current to DPN 20180629, Effective 29 June 2018, Edition.
This requirement is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside acquisition IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). NAICS Code - 333120. Size standards are 1,250 employees.
This RFQ has fifteen (15) line items. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type purchase order is anticipated. All items are BRAND NAME or EQUAL. Salient characteristic is it must be compatible with the Government owned MIC 120 Ultimate Building Machine.
