REQUIREMENT:
The General Services Administration has a requirement to lease approximately 12,074 rentable square feet of office space, yeilding approximately 10,500 usable office square feet and approximately 65 available parking spaces. The space will be occupied by the Defense Management Contract Agency. Occupancy will be required in the second quarter of 2015.
LEASE TERM:
10 Years/5 Years Firm
UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS:
The Government requires an open concept space with an abundance of natural light and adequate parking facilities in close proximity for employee parking and 4 reserved spaces for Governement Owned Vehicles.
LOCATION:
The offered site shall be located within the following boundaries:
North: Interquest Pwy
East: Powers Blvd
South: Garden of the Gods Rd
West: I-25
EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
