114th & 171st Yellow Ribbon Event
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes from third party vendors will be accepted. This solicitation, PANNGB-20-P-0000 002206, is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97, effective 24 Jan 2018.
The New Jersey Army National Guard is scheduling Yellow Ribbon Event's on February 8 and February 9, 2020. The location of the event must be within a 20-mile radius from any of the following locations: Asbury Park, NJ, Freehold NJ, or Atlantic City, NJ. Locations offered outside of the radius of the three locations and outside the state of New Jersey will not be accepted.
Contractor shall furnish conference/ meeting space, and meals necessary to hold the event in accordance with Attachment 1- Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please provide your proposal with the following price breakdown structure:
