The Embassy of the United States in Lima, Peru is seeking for health and life insurance coverage for its local employed staff and eligible family members in the Embassy in Lima. The contractor shall provide health and life Insurance services to an estimated number of 500 local employees, and eligible family members. The American Employees Community Association (AECA) employees, Peace Corps. personal services contractors, and retirees are included under this contract only as a rider. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in this contract. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year period at the option of the U.S. Government. Health benefits include hospitalization and surgery, doctor visits, treatments, medical exams, outpatient services, and related diagnostic services, prescription drugs, medical care related to childbirth, optical services, physical therapy, ambulance services, prosthesis devices, dental devices.

All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. No paper copies will be mailed.
