10GB wave backbone trunk between Ft. Leavenworth, KS and Offutt AFB, NE
The Government desires a solution to provide an unprotected high availability, high speed 10 GB Dense Wave Division Multiplexer (DWDM backbone trunk with the capability of transporting Optical Carrier (OC) 192. After installation, one year of service will be required. Four (4) 1-year options are anticipated, for a total service period of five years after installation and activation.
